About Jon

Jon (@jonromero) is the founder of BugSense, the leading big data for mobile company which was recently acquired by Splunk. He designed LDB, a stream database that analyses real-time data from more than half billion unique devices around the world using less than 20 servers – all in Erlang and C. Currently he is the director of Engineering at Splunk Inc and in his spare time,  he runs algorithms on FOREX and runs a fund made by successful entrepreneurs called “ZeroFund”.
